Requirements

  • Graduation from Accredited Dental School
  • Active/Clear Florida Dental License
  • This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full scope of services including exams, diagnoses, restorative procedures, extractions, and preventive treatments tailored to diverse patient populations.
  • Drive initiatives to educate and empower patients about oral health’s role in overall wellness, emphasizing disease prevention, early intervention, and long-term care planning.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art tools and evidence-based practices to address a wide range of dental needs with a focus on quality and compassion, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience.
  • Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to integrating dental care with medical, behavioral health, and social services to meet the holistic needs of every patient.
  • Uphold Evara Health’s values by promoting inclusion, integrity, and dignity for every patient served, ensuring culturally competent and patient-centered care.
  • Serve as a key contributor to community outreach initiatives, helping expand access to dental care through mobile units, school-based programs, and public health events.
  • Build trusting relationships with patients by delivering compassionate, respectful care and creating individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s needs and circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records, adhere to regulatory and compliance standards, and support efficient clinic operations to meet productivity and access goals.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and support staff to foster a positive, team-oriented environment, while also mentoring and guiding less experienced team members when appropriate.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training, contributing to a culture of learning and clinical excellence across the organization.
