About The Position
Today Dental of Crowley is hiring a dentist for a family-owned dental group with offices across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The dentist will be the only dentist in the office, with all new patients assigned to them and no competing associates or production splits. A full-time hygienist is on staff. The role offers full clinical autonomy over diagnosis and treatment planning. Molar endodontics, surgical extractions, implants, and Invisalign are performed in-house, and the company supports continuing education for clinicians who want to expand their scope. Lab expenses are covered. The practice is fully digital and equipped with a scanner and modern equipment. Compensation is listed at $200,000–$400,000+ annually, with an $800-per-day minimum guarantee. The practice accepts PPO and fee-for-service patients only, with no HMO plans and high reimbursement rates. Established marketing drives more than 60 new patients per month. Today Dental describes its offices as drama-free and supported by well-trained teams. The group participates in charitable cases and work at Scottish Rite Hospital, and colleagues socialize outside the office.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree.
- Active Texas dental license.
- Established clinical skill set and currently producing as a dentist.
- Seeking a long-term professional home.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose patients and determine treatment plans with full clinical autonomy.
- Provide dental care to new and existing patients.
- Perform in-house procedures including molar endodontics, surgical extractions, implants, and Invisalign.
