About The Position

This is a mission-driven outpatient dentistry opportunity serving both pediatric and adult populations within a collaborative team-based environment. The role is at a high-performing coastal clinic focused on accessible, community-centered care. The position offers a blend of routine and advanced dentistry with strong clinical support and mentorship available, allowing the opportunity to practice in one of California’s most scenic coastal communities surrounded by redwood forests and Pacific Ocean views.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD REQUIRED
  • Active California dental license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
  • Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients REQUIRED
  • Commitment to mission-driven and community-focused dentistry REQUIRED
  • Team-oriented approach to patient care REQUIRED

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services for pediatric and adult patients
  • Perform routine and complex procedures including extractions and molar procedures
  • Collaborate closely with dental support staff and multidisciplinary teams
  • Refer complex pediatric cases internally when appropriate
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives

  • Additional 10% salary differential for this location
