About The Position

DePaul Community Health Centers, part of Ascension Community Health Ministries, is seeking general dentists for locations in Dumas, Arkansas, and New Orleans, Louisiana. The organization operates ten Federally Qualified Health Centers in the Greater New Orleans area as well as a center in Dumas, Arkansas, and is committed to improving community health and continuing its tradition of service. The position is full-time.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited university.
Dentist credential obtained before the hire or job transfer date.
BLS Provider credential obtained within 30 days of hire or job transfer; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed to practice in Louisiana or Arkansas, depending on the position; the posting also describes a pending or active state license, or eligibility for licensure.
Board certified or board eligible.
Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree required.

Nice To Haves

Advanced Life Support credential; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support credential; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
