WM Dental Care is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join their growing team in East Aurora, NY. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values comprehensive patient care, clinical autonomy, and the ability to practice dentistry at a high level in a modern, collaborative environment. The practice has a steady flow of 45-50 new patients per month, a robust marketing team driving continued growth, and an established patient load ready for transition. Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Current active New York dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong commitment to comprehensive patient care
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of clinical experience
• Implant placement and restoration
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Denture and full-mouth rehabilitation experience
• Sedation dentistry experience
