About The Position
Family Health Care is seeking a Dentist to provide dental care to patients without the worries of managing a practice. The organization handles the business side, allowing the dentist to practice to the best of their ability alongside experienced care teams. Facilities are equipped with up-to-date equipment, knowledgeable staff, and a vast support system. As a Community Health Center, Family Health Care offers access to medical providers, behavioral health specialists, pharmacists, and more, in addition to dental care.
Requirements
- State of Michigan Dentist License
- US Doctor of Dental Medicine degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience with composites, amalgams, dentures, partials, extractions, crown and bridge, endo.
Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums.
- Treat diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting oral hygiene and retention of teeth.
- Fit dental appliances or provide preventive care to dental clinic patients.
- Maintain dental records.
- Review and notify patients of diagnostic test and consultation results.
- Respond to patient care tasks and phone calls consistent with good dental practice.
