About The Position
Dental Dreams is a dentist-owned practice founded by a dentist and operating for over 20 years. The practice provides general dentistry in modern, high-quality facilities and serves communities with a focus on expanding access to quality dental care, including for underserved populations. Dentists perform all avenues of general dentistry and treat a broad range of dental problems. The role offers autonomy over treatment planning and discretion over dental supplies and instruments, along with mentorship and training from experienced clinicians. The practice is fully digital and paperless and provides a full patient schedule.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited U.S. dental program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dentistry and treat a broad range of dental problems.
- Develop treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy.
- Deliver quality dental care to patients in the communities served, including underserved populations.

- Average practice compensation ranges from $275,000 to $315,000 or more.
