Its dentists provide general dentistry and treat a broad range of dental problems, with a focus on bringing quality dentistry to the communities it serves, including underserved populations. The role offers complete autonomy over treatment planning, mentorship from experienced clinicians, a full patient schedule, and a fully digital, paperless office. Dentists have discretion over dental supplies and instruments. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an average practice compensation range of $275,000–$315,000+, and a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited US dental program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dentistry and treat patients’ dental problems.
- Make independent treatment-planning decisions.
- Serve patients in the communities Dental Dreams serves, including underserved populations.
