About The Position

At Family Health Care, we take care of the business side, allowing you to practice to the best of your ability alongside our experienced care teams. Our facilities have up-to-date equipment, knowledgeable staff, and a vast support system. In addition, as a Community Health Center, we provide more than just dental care, giving you access to medical providers, behavioral health specialists, pharmacists, and more! Patients are assigned to individual dentists to allow for continuity of care. Other dentist(s) in the office to allow for treatment collaboration and mentorship. Wide variety of procedures completed in-office (composites, amalgams, dentures, partials, extractions, crown and bridge, endo, etc.). Medical clinic and pharmacy on site.

Requirements

State of Michigan Dentist License
US Doctor of Dental Medicine degree

Responsibilities

Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums
Treat diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting oral hygiene and retention of teeth
Fit dental appliances or provide preventive care to dental clinic patients
Maintain dental records
Review and notify patients of diagnostic test and consultation results
Respond to patient care tasks and phone calls consistent with good dental practice
