The company provides modern, top-quality dental facilities and offers dentists mentorship and training. Its mission is to bring high-quality dentistry to the communities it serves, with a focus on helping underserved populations. Dentists perform all avenues of general dentistry and treat a broad range of dental problems. The role offers autonomy over treatment planning, mentorship from experienced clinicians, a full patient schedule, a fully digital and paperless office, and discretion over dental supplies and instruments. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an average practice compensation range of $275,000–$315,000+, and a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited US dental program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dentistry services and treat patients' dental problems.
- Plan treatment with complete clinical autonomy.
- Provide quality dental care to the communities served, including underserved populations.
