About The Position
The Airway Dentists is hiring a full-time dentist to join its team and help redefine the standard of care in dentistry. The organization provides orthodontic, sleep apnea, and general dentistry services at offices in Houston and Austin, with plans to expand. The role is suited to a dentist who values patient outcomes, is motivated to learn Airway Dentistry, and is interested in wellness beyond the conventional scope of dentistry. The dentist will join a clinical team spanning the organization’s offices and report to Dr. Kalli Hale. The opportunity includes over-the-shoulder training from Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Kalli Hale and VP of Clinical Operations Dr. Matt Hicks, plus a nine-week formal immersion in the clinical model before the first day.

Responsibilities
- Provide dental care to patients.
