Dentists perform all avenues of general dentistry and treat a broad range of dental problems. The role offers autonomy over treatment planning and discretion over dental supplies and instruments, along with mentorship and training from experienced clinicians. The practice offers a full patient schedule and uses a fully digital, paperless office. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000, and average compensation ranging from $275,000 to $315,000+.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited US dental program.
Responsibilities
- Perform general dentistry across all avenues of care.
- Evaluate and treat patients’ dental problems.
- Develop treatment plans with complete autonomy.
- Provide top-quality dentistry to the communities served, with a focus on underserved populations.
