About The Position
A thriving, established dental practice in Mid-Michigan is seeking a General Dentist to join its growing team. This opportunity is for a doctor who wants to practice comprehensive dentistry, build long-term patient relationships, and pursue strong earning potential in a supportive, collaborative environment. The practice has an established patient base and an experienced team, and is committed to high-quality, patient-centered care while providing providers with resources, autonomy, and support. This is a full-time opportunity with a 4-day work week. The patient base is predominantly PPO and fee-for-service, with established patient demand and a consistent schedule. The dentist will have the opportunity to provide a broad range of comprehensive dental services with 100% clinical autonomy.
Requirements
- Active Michigan dental license or ability to obtain licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
