Dental Dreams is hiring 2027 dental school graduates to join busy, established practices with full patient schedules, modern technology, experienced clinical mentorship, and opportunities to develop as dentists. The company is owned and operated by its founding dentist and describes its approach as dentist-owned and doctor-led, with a focus on supporting clinicians and providing high-quality care to the communities it serves. Dentists perform all aspects of general dentistry and treat a wide variety of clinical cases. Associates have autonomy over treatment planning, access to experienced clinician mentorship, and clinical and administrative support. The role offers strong earning potential with established patient flow. Full-time, part-time, and Saturday opportunities are available. Visa and permanent residency sponsorship are available.
Requirements
- Be a 2027 dental school graduate.
Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of general dentistry.
- Treat a wide variety of clinical cases.
- Develop and implement treatment plans with complete autonomy.
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients and communities, including underserved patients.
