Requirements

• DDS or DMD REQUIRED
• Illinois dental license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating pediatric patient population REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive General Dentistry services across patient populations
• Treat primarily bread-and-butter dental cases within outpatient setting
• Provide care to patient population with approximately 75% pediatrics
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment planning workflows
• Collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure quality patient care delivery
