Requirements
- Doctoral degree in dental medicine.
- Licensed to practice dentistry in Texas.
- Continuing education in new procedures and standards.
- Experience working in accordance with HIPAA and other medical privacy laws.
- Professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients.
- Personal accountability and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a high-volume dental office and delivering exceptional care.
- Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care.

Responsibilities
- Provide general dental care, including repairing or removing damaged teeth.
- Perform dental procedures such as extractions, root canals, and cavity fillings.
- Conduct exams and evaluate X-rays to assess patients’ health.
- Develop treatment plans to address dental health issues.
- Administer or prescribe medications to reduce pain and improve patient health.
- Interact with patients and instruct them on proper oral care.
- Refer patients to dental specialists when needed.
- Maintain records of patients’ oral health and the treatment provided.
- Work with the front desk to keep the schedule full.
