About The Position
Dental Dreams is hiring dentists, including 2027 graduates. The dentist-owned organization has been in practice for over 20 years and focuses on providing high-quality general dentistry to the communities it serves, with an added focus on underserved populations. Dentists perform all avenues of general dentistry and receive mentorship and training from experienced clinicians. The role offers complete autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, and discretion over dental supplies and instruments. The office is fully digital and paperless. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, and average compensation for the practice ranging from $250,000 to $300,000 or more.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited US dental program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dentistry services, including treating a broad range of dental problems.
- Develop treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy.
- Serve patients in the communities Dental Dreams supports, including underserved populations.
