About The Position

360care is seeking a General Dentist to provide dental care to residents of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, with a focus on geriatric and underserved communities. The role aims to support residents’ dignity and quality of life by providing appropriate dental care. As a 1099 independent contractor, the Dentist receives flexible scheduling and compensation while making clinical decisions and focusing on patient care. 360care provides logistics, equipment, administrative assistance, scheduling and billing services, care coordination, and field support and mentorship from the Clinical Director.

The Dentist provides comprehensive care in preventative dentistry, removable prosthodontics, and oral surgery; documents procedures and treatment in the EMR system; follows established standards and protocols; and supervises a Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist as a team. A trained Dental Assistant assists on visits. The position includes travel to care facilities. Scheduling is flexible, and the posting states there are no evening or weekend work requirements.

Requirements

• Be a Dentist with a DDS or DMD degree in good standing.
