Requirements

• Graduation from an approved school of dentistry. Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
• Possess a license to practice dentistry issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Dentistry.
• Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• Must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess dental conditions by reviewing histories, examining periodontal status, and creating treatment plans
• Deliver preventative and restorative dental care while maintaining strict infection control standards
• Guide Dental Assistants and Hygienists by providing training, reviewing work, and supporting hiring activities
• Examine schedules, records, and requests to ensure clinic effectiveness and respond to patient concerns
• Monitor inventory levels, approve needed items, and maintain proper security and tool control
