Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Dentist (DDS or DMD) to provide full-scope dental care in a relationship-based model in a mission-driven FQHC facility in Klamath Falls, OR. This role offers the opportunity to serve diverse and underserved communities within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7 am and 6 pm. Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Valid Oregon dental license.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Proficiency in full-scope general dentistry, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and patient education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to culturally responsive care and patient dignity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Dedication to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dental care to patients of all backgrounds.
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations.
• Perform exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and more.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Supervise dental staff and contribute to a culture of safety and compliance.
• Participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards.
