About The Position
Ziemek Dental Laboratory is a best-in-class digital dental laboratory with over 30 years of industry experience. We have an immediate opportunity for a 3D Printing Dental Technician to join our team. This role will manage the 3D printing and processing of dental devices.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate file hierarchy
- Ability to lift 50-80 lbs
- Reliable - excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety protocols in a fast pace, high production environment.
- Ability to work successfully in a team and autonomously
Nice To Haves
- Experience with any 3D printing systems a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Post-process and articulate printed models.
- Work with the team to understand and implement best practices in 3D printing, post processing, and finishing of models and other digital dental appliances.
- Communicate daily with supervisor about any defects, issues related to quality specifications, and/or technological malfunction.
- Perform weekly equipment inspection and report any issues if found.
- Help prevent cross-contamination and uphold Ziemek cleanliness standards.
