About The Position

Careington International Corporation is seeking a Dental Subscription Plan Sales Representative to join their team. This role focuses on increasing dental network expansion through outbound engagement, including warm email leads and phone calls to dental client prospects. The position involves periodic attendance at national conferences or trade shows and relationship-building with prospective and existing dental providers. A proactive, relationship-focused approach is required to consistently grow and maintain a high-quality provider network. This opportunity offers unlimited earning potential with an hourly rate plus un-capped commissions paid out twice per month. The work hours are 9-hour shifts Monday-Thursday and 4 hours on Friday morning.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with metric driven sales
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Applications – Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.

  • Previous experience taking high-volume inbound sales calls and responding to warm email leads from potential dental customers.
  • Subscription plan sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Increase provider dental network growth by presenting and promoting unique discount plans and PPO offerings to dental practices.
  • Leverage a steady pipeline of warm leads, including member and agent requests, client referrals, while proactively identifying and pursuing additional sales opportunities.
  • Develop tailored proposals and onboarding strategies to successfully engage large Dental Service Organizations (DSOs).
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for dental providers plans and DSOs, including outreach, dental customer relationship building, follow-up, negotiation, closing, and contract execution.
  • Contribute to special sales initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally while balancing day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly new dental provider contracting targets.
