About The Position

Adventure Dental & Vision in Wichita, Kansas, is seeking a Sterilization Technician to ensure instruments are sterilized while assisting with other back-office tasks and front-office procedures. The position reports to the Operations Manager and supports the practice’s mission to provide high-quality, compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children. The role may also include other duties that support the business and its mission.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in EHR systems.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks correctly and on time.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a dental practice.
• Bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterile environments in the back office and support the entire team.
• Accurately schedule appointments using the office’s standard scheduling structure.
• Collaborate with others to provide high-quality care and a positive experience for patients and their families.
• Keep the practice clean and presentable, including cleaning restrooms and the patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Perform other duties that support the business and its mission.
