About The Position

Racine Dental Group is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead our specialty practice in Racine, WI. Our collaborative specialty suite includes Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Periodontics, providing exceptional patient care through a team-based approach. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. As the Dental Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our multi-specialty practice, ensuring exceptional patient care, efficient workflows, and a positive team culture. You will be responsible for office performance, including scheduling, staffing, productivity, collections, accounts receivable, and expense management. This role also supports practice growth through business development, marketing initiatives, and community outreach. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with strong business acumen who can motivate teams, optimize operations, and oversee key administrative functions, including financial reporting, payroll, banking, and regulatory compliance. Success in this role requires excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills with a commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of management experience within dental setting.
  • Experience working in a dental or medical office is required.
  • Experience in insurance processes and billing is a must.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to work independently in fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, compliance, and confidentiality in handling patient records and office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure office efficiency, compliance, and a high standard of patient care.
  • Supervise and support patient coordinators, dental assistants, hygienists, and treatment coordinators to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and front-office operations to optimize productivity and patient experience.
  • Support dentists and staff with treatment planning, billing, and insurance processes while ensuring accurate financial transactions.
  • Monitor office finances, including expense management, invoice submission, collections, and receivables, to maintain profitability.
  • Maintain office inventory by overseeing supplies, equipment, and facility cleanliness for an organized and professional environment.
  • Lead hiring, training, and staff development while addressing patient and employee concerns professionally to foster a positive workplace culture.
