EIHC is seeking a full-time Patient Representative dedicated to serving the needs of our community. SCHEDULE Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM TO 5 PM and Friday 7:30 AM to 12 PM
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Basic computer skills required.
Nice To Haves
- Dental office experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a welcoming manner, collect patient data, and provide direction.
- Maintain up-to-date HIPAA knowledge and ensure compliance of HIPAA and safety guidelines.
- Comply with all safety and health rules and regulations applicable to the role and responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
