This role involves checking patients in and out, advising on payment options, collecting co-payments, maintaining patient flow, scheduling appointments, assisting with insurance questions, and making financial arrangements with patients. The position also includes answering phones, preparing daily reports and deposits, checking for outstanding balances, verifying fee tickets, pulling charts, participating in quality improvement activities, and assisting with patient communications. The Patient Services Representative is responsible for maintaining the appearance and materials in the lobby.
