About The Position

MCMH + Clinics has an opening for a full-time Dental Patient Access Representative. This position will serve as the primary biller for dental claims while supporting front office operations within MCMH's new integrated medical and dental clinic. Responsibilities include processing and monitoring dental insurance claims, verifying insurance coverage, investigating denied claims for possible reprocessing, maintaining accurate patient account information, and assisting patients with billing-related questions. This position will also serve as a backup for patient access activities, including answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and patient registration. As the clinic grows and expands services, the position will evolve to support additional patient access responsibilities and front office operations. Must be a skilled individual who is able to prioritize work in order to accommodate patient flow and work in a fast-paced setting. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask, function independently, and provide excellent customer service skills. General computer knowledge is required. Previous experience in dental billing, patient access, medical office, or dental office operations is preferred but not required.
