About The Position

Mallard Cove Dental is seeking a Full Time Dental Practice Manager in Atlanta, Georgia. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by rebuilding and shaping a dental practice, establishing a positive team culture, improving the patient experience, and building a practice to be proud of. The ideal candidate is an experienced Dental Office Manager who enjoys leading people, solving problems, thinking creatively, and turning ideas into action. The Dental Office Manager (OM) is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a single location, focusing on operational tasks to enhance practice efficiencies and growth in conjunction with the Star Dental Partners (SDP) support team and the primary dentist. The OM works closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results.

Requirements

  • 3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience (Required)
  • Experience manager people and conflict resolution
  • Proficient in dental performance management software, Denticon experience is a plus!
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word)
  • Solid understanding of P&L management (budgeting), experience with claim follow up and resolution
  • Comprehensive understanding ability to enforce current labor laws
  • Adhere to current regulatory agency guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.)
