Located in the accessible Totem Lake area off I-405, our state-of-the-art office features AI-enhanced digital radiographs, CBCT 3D imaging, laser dentistry, and patient comfort amenities. Our tight-knit, high-performing team consists of 2 doctors, 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants, and 1 front office coordinator. We are seeking an experienced, proactive Dental Office Manager to lead front office operations, support our growing clinical team, and drive practice performance. As our Dental Office Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of our practice. Partnering directly with Dr. Kang, Dr. Song, and our clinical team, you will oversee day-to-day front office workflows, manage patient scheduling and financial arrangements, optimize provider productivity, and maintain an exceptional patient experience. This role is ideal for an organized, compassionate leader who thrives on building efficient processes in a modern, multi-provider setting.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of dental office management or practice leadership experience (required).
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, PPO/insurance claims processing, treatment plan presentation, and dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft).
  • Proven ability to manage front office operations and support a multi-doctor team with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative workflows, manage staff scheduling, streamline patient flow, and foster seamless communication between front office and clinical teams.
  • Present treatment plans with transparent pricing, coordinate patient financial arrangements, process insurance claims, and manage A/R and collections.
  • Optimize provider schedules across 2 doctors and 2 hygienists to achieve daily production and revenue targets.
  • Maintain high patient satisfaction by resolving complex scheduling/billing inquiries and delivering high-touch customer service.
