We are looking for an Office Manager who shares our passion for pediatric dentistry and is excited to lead our team. We are seeking an EXPERIENCED & MOTIVATED Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric dental specialty office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine love for working with children.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years Experience in management role (team of at least x10)
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a dental office management role, preferably in a pediatric setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and customer service.
- Proficient in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to creating a positive dental experience
Responsibilities
