Dental Marketing/ Sales Manager
About The Position
We’re hiring a Dental Marketing/Sales Manager who wants to combine marketing strategy, patient engagement, and consultative sales to help more people access life-changing dental care. You’ll step into an in-person leadership role focused on driving practice growth, managing the lead-to-treatment process, and supporting marketing, referral development, and patient conversion for comprehensive and full-mouth reconstruction care. This role is compelling as it involves leading marketing, sales, and patient-conversion initiatives, building relationships with various partners, coordinating outreach and events, optimizing lead generation, and working directly with practice leadership on growth goals. The position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients considering transformative dental care.
Requirements
- Dental sales, B2B marketing, and dental office experience
- Comfortable discussing high-value treatment and financial options
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- Organized and disciplined with lead follow-up
- Comfortable utilizing CRM and dental practice-management technology
- Compassionate, professional, and motivated by measurable results
Responsibilities
