About The Position

The Manager, Dental Sales is responsible for leading the AMER Dental Sales team to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and commercial excellence across the Americas region. This role provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management for a team of Dental Sales Executives while developing and executing regional sales strategies that drive sustainable business growth. The Manager ensures the team achieves sales targets and delivers results in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Working closely with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Channel Partners, and Operations, the Manager, Dental Sales drives the adoption of Stratasys Dental solutions by helping customers transform their digital dentistry workflows through additive manufacturing. The role fosters strong relationships with dental laboratories, DSOs, clinics, distributors, and key industry stakeholders while identifying new market opportunities and supporting strategic customer engagements. The Manager, Dental Sales is accountable for building a high-performing sales culture through effective coaching, talent development, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and execution of commercial priorities. This individual plays a critical role in translating business strategy into regional execution, strengthening Stratasys' market leadership in digital dentistry, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes across the Americas.

Requirements

5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in technology, capital equipment, medical device, or related industries
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing territory revenue
Experience presenting to decision-makers and executive stakeholders
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice To Haves

Dental industry sales experience (labs, clinics, DSOs, CAD/CAM, imaging, dental devices, or workflows)
Knowledge of digital dentistry and additive manufacturing solutions
Salesforce CRM reporting proficiency
Experience working in matrixed and multicultural environments

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the AMER Dental Sales team to achieve and exceed regional revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies that drive growth across hardware, materials, software, and service offerings.
Establish sales objectives, monitor performance, and implement action plans to maximize team productivity and results.
Partner with Sales Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, territory planning, and resource allocation.
Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization through regular field coaching, performance reviews, and development planning.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Support succession planning and talent development to strengthen organizational capability.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, dental laboratories, DSOs, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
Partner with the sales team on strategic customer engagements, complex negotiations, and high-value opportunities.
Serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts while ensuring exceptional customer experience and long-term business partnerships.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Applications, Customer Success, and Channel Partners to execute regional commercial initiatives, product launches, demand generation campaigns, and customer events.
Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to inform commercial strategy and improve market penetration.
Drive execution of corporate initiatives while ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
