About The Position

National Dentex is seeking a full-time Dental Lab Technician for Digital Model Design at Green Dental Lab in Heber Springs, Arkansas. The role supports the dental laboratory’s model-design and printing work by preparing models to dentists’ prescriptions and work-ticket specifications, maintaining accurate production results, and coordinating cases and printer jobs. Regular hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and may change from time to time.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must have computer skills.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Attention to detail and excellent perception skills.
• Time-management skills for a production environment.
• Ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentists for each case.
• Build models according to the specifications on the work ticket.
• Perform model association.
• Follow all steps to ensure consistent, accurate results.
• Verify that model output is correct and materials have been entered correctly.
• Adjust settings according to product types.
• Keep cases organized so the team working on printing projects can work together.
• Manage printers and switch jobs as necessary.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.
