Dental Lab Technician
About The Position
As a Denture Lab Technician at Aspen Dental, you will use your artistic skills to create dentures that improve smiles and patients’ lives in the community. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment and instruments, with a focus on digital dentures. The role includes collaborating with dentists and other dental team members to support patient satisfaction and exceptional care, managing your own laboratory, fabricating dentures from impression to insertion, completing prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases, and overseeing laboratory supply orders. Aspen Dental offers training, competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and career development opportunities. The role is full-time and pays $32–$36 per hour.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Experience fabricating quality denture products completely, from start to finish.
- Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment or bench test completing the fabrication process.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Comfort with modern technology and strong computer skills.
