About The Position
As a Denture Lab Technician at Aspen Dental, you will use your artistic skills to create dentures that improve smiles and patients’ lives. You will fabricate dentures from impression to insertion, complete prosthetic repairs and adjustments, and oversee your own laboratory and laboratory supply orders. You will collaborate with dentists and other dental team members to support patient satisfaction and exceptional care. The role provides access to state-of-the-art equipment and instruments, and the organization is committed to leading the way in digital dentures.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Experience with complete fabrication of quality denture products from start to finish.
- Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment or bench test completing the fabrication process.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
