Dental Lab Technician - Trainee
About The Position
We are seeking an entry-level Dental Lab Technician Trainee for a hands-on career opportunity in dental laboratory technology. The role provides structured on-the-job training, professional mentorship, and opportunities for advancement. Trainees assist in crafting dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, and dentures, while learning established laboratory procedures and protocols and working with experienced technicians to produce high-quality prosthetics. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, on an eight-hour day shift. Starting pay is $18.50 or more per hour, depending on skill and experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Artistic ability and manual dexterity.

- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, and dentures.
- Learn and follow dental laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Work with experienced dental lab technicians to produce high-quality dental prosthetics.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
