Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles within a healthcare or dental setting preferred
- Strong proficiency with phone systems, data entry, and computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Experience with office management software such as QuickBooks for bookkeeping or scheduling tools is a plus
- Ability to handle clerical tasks including scheduling, billing, filing, calendar management, and time management effectively
- Personal assistant or administrative experience that showcases strong organizational and support skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with dental clients to ensure cases are accurately received, processed, billed, and shipped
- Oversee the end-to-end handling of cases, from pickup through final delivery
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency across case intake, entry, billing, and shipment processes
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Use computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management software to streamline operations
- Uphold phone etiquette standards to ensure clear communication with dental customers and team members
