As the first point of contact, you will manage front desk operations and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily workflows. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive experience for our dental customers and the laboratory team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles within a healthcare or dental setting preferred
  • Strong proficiency with phone systems, data entry, and computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with office management software such as QuickBooks for bookkeeping or scheduling tools is a plus
  • Ability to handle clerical tasks including scheduling, billing, filing, calendar management, and time management effectively
  • Personal assistant or administrative experience that showcases strong organizational and support skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with dental clients to ensure cases are accurately received, processed, billed, and shipped
  • Oversee the end-to-end handling of cases, from pickup through final delivery
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency across case intake, entry, billing, and shipment processes
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Use computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management software to streamline operations
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards to ensure clear communication with dental customers and team members
