About The Position
Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused team in Superior, Wisconsin. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Requirements
- Current Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
