About The Position

Salud is seeking an enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to provide professional dental hygiene care as part of a coordinated, team-based system. Hygienists partner with patients and families to support self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change, and perform most clinical procedures related to professional dental hygiene. The role may include oral assessments and preventive care in local schools, as well as preventive services in a medical setting through Salud’s Medical Dental Integration program. Hygiene appointments are typically one hour, with 90-minute appointments available as needed. The position is scheduled five days per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for 40 hours per week, with no nights or weekends. Salud provides coaching and mentorship from a dedicated hygienist support team, state-of-the-art clinical technology, continuing education support, malpractice coverage, and coverage of the cost to obtain and renew a Colorado Dental Hygienist License. The starting annual salary is $86,000 to $99,000, with relocation assistance potential of up to $5,000. The application window is anticipated to close by 11/30/26.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited School of Dental Hygiene.
Possession of a valid, current license as a registered dental hygienist in the State of Colorado.
Maintain current CPR Certification.

Nice To Haves

Previous Dental Hygienist experience is desired but not required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Optional diode laser use training and certification is available.
