About The Position

Salud is seeking an enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join its team-based care model. The role supports patients and families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior-change partnerships and performs clinical procedures related to professional dental hygiene care. The hygienist may provide preventive dental services in a medical setting for up to half of each day and may provide oral assessments and preventive care in local schools. Hygiene appointments are typically one hour, with 90-minute appointments available as needed. The role offers coaching and mentorship from a support team of hygienists, access to state-of-the-art technology, and continuing education support. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week, five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no nights or weekends. The starting annual salary is $86,000 to $99,000. Relocation assistance may be available up to $5,000.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited School of Dental Hygiene.
Possession of a valid, current license as a registered dental hygienist in the State of Colorado.
Maintain current CPR Certification.

Nice To Haves

Previous Dental Hygienist experience is desired but not required.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
