About The Position
Dental One Associates Woodson Square is seeking a PRN Dental Hygienist in Fairfax, Virginia, to provide high-quality patient care and satisfaction in a team-based clinical environment. The practice provides comprehensive, personalized care in a welcoming setting, with a focus on patient comfort and advanced treatments for oral health. The hygienist will perform routine cleanings and assessments, educate patients, assist dentists, and support accurate records and regulatory compliance. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $70, continuing education and professional development support, a collaborative workplace, and access to modern dental technology. Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene.
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
- Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid certification, if applicable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to patient care and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Assist dentists with examinations and treatments, and take dental X-rays.
- Maintain accurate patient records, comply with industry regulations, and follow sterilization protocols.
