Dental Hygienist
About The Position
Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, offers a patient-focused practice environment backed by organizational training, technology, benefits, and stability. The Dental Hygienist delivers preventive care and patient education, collaborates with dentists and hygiene teammates, and helps create a welcoming, judgment-free experience. The role supports professional growth through mentorship, company-paid continuing education, and internal training opportunities. The schedule is Tuesday 10 a.m.–7 p.m., Thursday 9 a.m.–6 p.m., and Saturday 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Compensation is $50–$55 per hour. Benefits depend on employment status and hours worked.
Requirements
- Active state dental hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed.
- Current CPR certification.
- Passion for patient care and education, and for practicing at the top of the hygiene scope to improve oral health outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients to improve their oral and overall health.
