Amelia Family Dentistry is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join their rapidly expanding family practice. They pride themselves on their warm, family-oriented culture and are seeking enthusiastic team members to help maintain efficiency and exceptional patient care as they grow and offer a broader range of services.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience
- Caring attitude towards patients and staff
- Willingness to work as a team and help where needed
- Associates degree or successful completion of a recognized vocational program in dental hygiene.
- State license required.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Performing prophies, perio scaling, comp exams, perio maintenance.
- Taking x-rays and intraoral pictures.
- Delivering patient education and creating treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate patient medical records, including updating medical histories, medications, progress notes, and conducting periodontal charting.
