Are you a dynamic, people-loving individual with a passion for dental care? Amelia Family Dentistry is looking for a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our rapidly expanding family practice!
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Occasional Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay: $17 - $20 per hour
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and Paid Holidays

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a dental assistant position
• Cooperative and Communicative: Teamwork and clear communication are essential.
• Fast Learner: Quick to pick up new skills and adapt to changes.
• Self-Starter: Motivated and proactive in taking on tasks.
• People Person: Friendly and approachable, with a warm personality.
• Excellent Communicator: Able to effectively interact with patients.
• Team Player: Willing to assist anyone in need throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

• 2-3 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentist during procedures
• Preparing patients for treatments
• Sterilizing and organizing instruments
• Taking and developing dental x-rays
• Educating patients on oral hygiene practices
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
• Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for patients
