About The Position

Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, offers a patient-focused private-practice environment with organizational training, technology, benefits, and support. The Dental Hygienist builds patient relationships and provides preventive care, education, and diagnostics to improve oral and overall health. The role works collaboratively with dentists and hygiene teammates and contributes to a welcoming, respectful patient experience. Mentorship, company-paid continuing education, and internal training opportunities support clinical growth. The schedule is Tuesday, 10 a.m.–7 p.m.; Thursday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; and Saturday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Compensation is $50–$55 per hour. Benefits vary according to employment status and hours worked.

Requirements

An active state dental hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed; new graduates are welcome.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients to improve their oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgment-free environment for every patient.
Stay current with technologies and instruments that advance patient care.
