As our Dental Hygienist, you are a primary educator and a key provider in our clinical team. You won't just be "cleaning teeth"-you'll be helping our patients understand the vital link between oral health and total body wellness.
Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH): Must hold a degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program and a valid State License.
- Certified Provider: Current CPR/BLS and Radiology certifications are required.
- Patient-First Mentality: You possess a warm, professional chairside manner and a passion for patient education.
- Detail Oriented: Strong manual dexterity and a keen eye for clinical excellence.
- Team Player: You enjoy a collaborative environment where the whole team supports one another.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleanings, scaling, and root planing with a focus on patient comfort.
- Capture high-quality X-rays and assist the doctor in screenings for periodontal disease and oral cancer.
- Apply fluoride and sealants; administer local anesthesia (where permitted) to ensure a painless experience.
- Empower patients with customized home-care strategies and nutritional guidance.
- Maintain impeccable sterilization standards and accurate digital charting.
