About The Position

A confidential, relationship-centered private dental practice in Burlington, Wisconsin is looking for a caring, clinically excellent Dental Hygienist to join our team. This is not a volume-driven environment. We believe dentistry is about human connection, trust, education, and helping patients achieve lifelong oral and overall health. Our team is committed to providing care that is exceptional, reliable, and centered on the individual — care that makes patients feel seen, heard, and valued. We are looking for a hygienist who shares that same philosophy. Our mission is simple: to empower healers and educators to provide patients with world-class care and achieve optimal health. As a Dental Hygienist, you are both a healer and an educator. You are often the relationship-builder patients trust most, the person who helps them understand their health, feel comfortable in the chair, and take meaningful steps toward long-term wellness. You’ll be joining a team that values: Patient Obsession Every recommendation, conversation, and clinical decision should serve the patient’s health, comfort, and experience. Relationship-Driven Care We are building lifelong trust with patients, not simply completing appointments. Golden Rule Patient Care We do what is best for the patient, even when it is hard, and we treat every patient the way we would want to be treated. Golden Rule Team Care We believe great patient care starts with a team that feels respected, supported, and empowered. Team Empowerment and Development We want your ideas, your clinical voice, and your desire to grow. Strong teams create healthier, happier patients.
