A confidential, relationship-centered private dental practice in Burlington, Wisconsin is looking for a caring, clinically excellent Dental Hygienist to join our team. Requirements
- Is a licensed Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin
- Cares deeply about patient education and prevention
- Communicates with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Values private practice dentistry and relationship-based care
- Works well with doctors, assistants, front office team members, and fellow hygienists
- Is dependable, humble, kind, and clinically thorough
- Wants to be part of a practice where patients are treated as people, not procedures
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent preventive periodontal care in a patient-centered environment
- Educate patients in a clear, compassionate, and motivating way
- Build strong relationships with patients and help create lifelong trust
- Partner closely with doctors and team members to support optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control standards
- Help patients feel comfortable, respected, and confident in their care
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team culture
