Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
Nice To Haves
- Experience in general or implant dentistry
- Familiarity with digital systems and modern dental technology
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including cleanings, scaling, and root planing
- Perform periodontal charting and patient assessments
- Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate clinical records
- Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and treatment needs
- Partner closely with the doctor to support diagnosis and treatment planning
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience every visit
