About The Position

Dental, supported by Smile Brands, the Dental Hygienist works in a patient-focused environment that combines private-practice autonomy with organizational training, technology, benefits, and support. Requirements

An active state dental hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed; new graduates are welcome.
Current CPR certification.
Passion for patient care and education, and a commitment to practicing at the top of the hygienist’s scope to improve oral health outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients to improve their oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgment-free environment for every patient.
Stay current with technologies and instruments that advance care.
