About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This is an outpatient Dental Hygienist opportunity within a mission-driven community health organization. Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
• Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients REQUIRED
• Strong patient education and preventive care skills REQUIRED
• Team-based and community-focused care mindset REQUIRED
• Comfortable working within outpatient dental environment REQUIRED
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental hygiene care and patient education services
• Perform hygiene treatment for pediatric and adult patients
• Support comprehensive dental treatment planning alongside dental providers
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and long-term oral health
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within Dentrix EMR
• Collaborate closely with dental assistants, dentists, and support staff
